Does your organisation have a waste water discharge licence? You’ll need to have the water regularly tested to ensure the water quality is in compliance.
Or are you paying exorbitant costs to have waste water removed form site and treated prior to disposal? You may be able for apply to a waste water discharge licence which will dramatically reduce your costs.
An ENVOQ Ltd technician or consultant will come to site to take samples and/or support you with the discharge licence application. Samples will be transported to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis. An ENVOQ Ltd consultant will then provide you with a report indicating whether levels are satisfactory. We can often advise if and what further treatment is required.

Heating and chilled water systems should be tested for bacteria and chemical levels regularly to monitor quality. Poor water quality can result in scaling, sludging and corrosion issues, impacting on the efficiency and efficacy of these water system. ENVOQ Ltd will help you in testing the water and providing advice as per the BSRIA guidance. As we do not currently offer closed water system treatment services, we are able to offer third party testing and won’t be trying to sell you additional water treatments.
